1. Who these terms are with

This website, titaniumgp.com, is operated by AdvTrex, Inc. (“AdvTrex”, “we”, “us”), a California corporation, which publishes the TitaniumGP family of products. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

If you do not agree with these terms, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is, and is not

The site describes our products and explains how to use them. The Help Center, the Resources library, the roadmaps, checklists and guides are published to help you plan and operate a Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.

They are general information, not professional advice. Nothing on this site is accounting, audit, tax, legal or security advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between us. Month-end procedures, control checklists, close calendars and the like are starting points to adapt with your own advisors — your circumstances, your policies and the law that applies to you decide what is right.

We work to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, screenshots, timelines and features marked “coming soon” may change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date. What we are contractually obliged to provide is set out in your Order and in the Software License Agreement.

3. The software is separate

These terms cover the website. Installing, activating or using any TitaniumGP product — the TitaniumGP Add-in, TGP+, Command Center, Intel Doc, TGP Sentry, the Month-End Close Monitor and anything else we license — is governed by the TitaniumGP Software License Agreement, which you accept when you install or use the software. Buying a subscription is additionally governed by our subscription and billing terms.

If these website terms conflict with the Software License Agreement about the software, the Software License Agreement controls.

4. Downloads and license keys

Installers, guides, templates and other files offered here are made available for evaluating and using TitaniumGP in your own organization. Downloading a file does not grant you a license to the software: a license comes from an Order and a License Key, under the Software License Agreement. Installing without a valid license, or beyond what your license covers, is not permitted.

Please download installers only from this site or from files.titaniumgp.net. We can't vouch for a copy that reached you any other way.

Some documents ask for a work email address before download. We use it to send you the document and to follow up about TitaniumGP, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may view, print and share pages from this site for your own internal business purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish, sell or redistribute the site's content as your own, or use it to build or market a competing product;
• scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or use it to train a machine-learning model without our written permission;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its APIs, its hosting or any connected system;
• submit false information, other people's personal information without their consent, malicious code, or anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing;
• remove or obscure copyright, trademark or other notices; or
• use the site in breach of U.S. export controls or sanctions, or from a sanctioned jurisdiction.

We may limit or block access if the site is being misused.

6. What you send us

When you use a contact, support or download form, or email us, we handle the information as described in the privacy policy. Please don't send confidential material, personal information about others, or Dynamics GP data through a web form — if a support case needs data, we will agree a secure route with you first.

If you send us an idea, suggestion or feature request, we may use it freely to improve our products, without obligation or payment to you. This does not change the confidentiality obligations we owe you under the Software License Agreement.

7. Our content and trademarks

The site and its content — text, guides, documentation, graphics, layout, code and video — are owned by AdvTrex or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the use allowed in section 5, no rights are granted to you.

TitaniumGP, TGP+, TGP Sentry, Intel Doc and the TitaniumGP logo are marks of AdvTrex, Inc. Microsoft, Dynamics GP, Excel, Azure and SQL Server are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; other names may be trademarks of their owners. Use of those names on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, their owners. AdvTrex is an independent software publisher and is not Microsoft.

8. Third-party services and links

Parts of the site rely on other companies: checkout and billing run on Stripe, Help Center videos are hosted on YouTube, and hosting and analytics run on Microsoft and Google services. When you use those, that company's own terms and privacy policy also apply. The privacy policy lists who does what.

Links to other websites are offered for convenience. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, security or practices.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, move or withdraw any part of the site — including a page, a download or a document — at any time, and we may retire old URLs. Access to the site is not part of what a subscription buys; support commitments, if any, are set out in your Order.

10. No warranty for the site

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that files available from it are free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdvTrex and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

This section limits liability for the website. Liability relating to the software and our services is addressed separately, and differently, in Sections 11 and 12 of the Software License Agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If you also use TitaniumGP software or our services, the dispute-resolution provisions in Section 18 of the Software License Agreement — binding individual arbitration in San Diego, California — govern any dispute that falls within them. For any other dispute about this website, you and AdvTrex agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version is always the one published here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
